Why Judges Did not Reinstate Gachagua Back to Powerful DP Seat Despite Key Flaw

In their 350 paged judgement, three High Court judges found that the Senate violated Gachagua's right to a fair hearing when it chose to continue with the impeachment trial despite him falling sick and becoming unable to finish his defense.

Despite this finding, the judges did not invalidate the impeachment nor did they order the reinstatement of embattled Gachagua back to office. Why?

Well, while preparing the judgement, the judges set matters clear concerning this issue; if the impeachment was unfair, why not invalidate it and order reinstatement of status quo?
