Respect the unseen burden 💔😢

We often Rush to judge someone quietness or distance bt behind that wall of silence, their might be a struggle a deep sadness or a past trauma they are fighting just to manage . Instead of pushing them to speak , let's practice empathy and patience their silence is not about you 💔 it's about them surviving give them the grace and space they need respect the unseen burden 💔😭

I once thought being a man , meant being tough 💔 no apologies, no weaknesses, no bending 😢 I never told this story before bt it's time I open up or maybe if I do I will save someone's else wife 🙏❣️

When I met my wife .. she was everything soft in this world , she used to say you make me feel safe Andi would reply that is my job .. bt I have learned feeling safe isn't the same as feeling loved 💔 as life wis going on I started changing my wife one day told me she want to open a small boutique
