People do not care about the true nature of a person

People do not care about the true nature of the person. They only look at the outside scene. Most people don't think deeply, and they believe in what they only see in their eyes. So, what you look like is more important than what you are.

A person who wants to get a judgment should not waste his time for good or true. He has to look like a brave man who speaks confidently. It should be a mirror that shows people what they want. So it is found in real power, and most people can be guided.

The leader cannot be one-sided. He has to have the character of the Lion to scare the enemy. At the same time, he has to have the character of the fox to identify the traps. Someone is always trying to be straight and he loses, because most people around in the area is not good.

The leader should have patience. It is not a tolerance from weakness, but it is a tolerance from a long account and perspective. Sometimes waiting is a power, and immediate action is a weakness. The person who doesn't know when to wait and when to move does not stay.

The leader should have a self-esteem. He has to control his anger, happiness, and fear. A person whose feelings are not controlled by other people. People trust a leader who looks calm, even when the situation is tense.

The leader has to understand people. He has to distinguish who works, who is vigilant, and who is silent. Not everyone is administered the same. Understanding people’s behavior is more important than power itself.

The leader should be able to make difficult decisions. Some decisions are painful, but they are not called. For someone who is afraid of decision-making, the decision goes against it, and his power loses.

The leader must understand the value of secrecy. Everything is not said, and everything is not revealed. Silence is sometimes a defense, and sometimes a weapon. The person who brings everything out opens himself to his enemy.

The leader should know the difference between being loved and being scared. To love you is a good thing, but to be scared is stronger. Love changes, and people can easily defeat you. But fear is constant, and it prevents you from getting up.

The leader should know that the commitment is not always mandatory. If the appointment becomes a threat to the judgment, it must be broken. And people quickly forget a broken promise if the result is a success.

The leader must understand that compassion sometimes causes problems. A small, timely tooth can save him from great chaos.

The leader should learn to choose between people. Some should be used, and some should be avoided. Not everyone close to you is honest, and everyone who confronts you is not an enemy.

The leader should know that reputation is something to build slowly, but simply collapse. One obvious mistake can destroy what has been built for years. Therefore, he should always maintain the appearance of power and control.

The leader should know that people love stability. Rapid change raises doubts. Even when the situation is difficult, it should seem in control. People follow someone who looks confident.

The leader must understand that the enemy is sometimes not strong, but intelligent. The person who smiles is sometimes more dangerous than the one who clearly disagrees with you. Therefore, constant attention is inevitable.

The leader should know that people are governed by reward and punishment. Rewarding someone who is right builds honesty. Punishment of a wrong person causes fear. Both are ways to protect power.

The leader must understand that time is a weapon. Some decisions should be made immediately, and some should be postponed. Someone who knows when to wait and when to move will win the one that is always fast.

The leader should know that loneliness is with power. The person at the top does not always get honest advice. Many people are afraid to tell the truth. Therefore, he has to learn to make a decision alone.

The world does not remember those who are optimistic, but it remembers the winners. History does not write for purposes, it records the results. The person in power is right until they are thrown away. And power is something to be protected every day, for the person who neglects it loses.

All of these symptoms and tactics are hypocritical. The person with these characteristics is a hypocrite, even if he makeup other names. But the reality is that the world does not accept a hypocrite. A person who is completely honest, not hiding anything, can no longer live in the world of power and judgment.

Therefore, everyone is facing a clear election. To choose a world, judgment, and power, which is based on hypocrisy. Or to choose the Hereafter, straight, and honest, who need patience and abandonment in the world. They are not available at all.

In addition, the person who lives in hypocrisy does not always find calm. He wins, controls, and is higher than others. But inside his heart he lives with fear. He is afraid his real face will be discovered, and he is afraid of his power being taken away. So, the success he reaches does not always calm his heart.

Success is what people see. Happiness is what one feels when he is alone. A hypocrite can get a victory, but I don't always get real happiness. And the honest person can find happiness, even if he doesn't get a world victory.

The religion and conscience of the person always reminds them of the right thing. But one sometimes turns away from consciousness. Not ignorant, but it is an election. He knows what he is doing and what he waits for. There it appears the weight of the life test.

Society is part of the problem. People applaud the image, and reject the harsh truth. The person who tells the truth is isolated, and the decorator is promoted. So the world teaches people what it wants.

A person who denies hypocrisy, and insists on honesty, becomes a single person. But that loneliness is sometimes freedom. It is the freedom not to carry two faces, and that you are not afraid to fail. It is a serious freedom, but it is clean.

This article does not praise hypocrisy, nor does it condemn honesty only. It explains how life works. Let everyone ask themselves what he wants and what he is ready to give up. That answer determines the way it takes, in the world or in the end.
