Cabinet Secretary for Defence, Roselinda Soipan Tuya, has declared a net worth of KSh243.4 million, placing her among the wealthiest members of President William Ruto's Cabinet.

Tuya revealed her wealth during her parliamentary vetting in August 2024, noting that her net worth had increased significantly from the KSh156 million she declared in October 2022. The rise of approximately KSh87.4 million sparked interest among lawmakers, who sought an explanation for the rapid growth of her assets.

Responding to the questions, Tuya explained that the increase in her wealth was mainly due to the appreciation of her properties, the expansion of her farming activities, and the acquisition of additional investments.
