### *THE GIRL FROM THE ORPHANAGE – PART 1*
Once upon a time, there lived a girl named Adora. She was from the city of Benin.
When Adora was two years old, her parents died in an accident. A kind neighbour adopted her. Adora lived with her neighbour for six months. But after six months, the neighbour got tired of her and took her to the orphanage home and left her there.
Little Adora cried day and night. She was beaten by the older children in the orphanage. But as time passed, she got used to it.
Six years later, Adora had grown into a very hard-working girl. She did not steal. She did not tell lies. She did not keep bad company. She was very kind to people. Because of this, everybody in the orphanage home knew her as “a very good child.” She was different from the other children in the orphanage.
Adora’s story was about to change for good.
One faithful morning, two people came to the orphanage home. They were a man and a woman. They were married but they had no child. So they came to the orphanage to adopt a child they would take care of and call their own.
