Synopsis
Kaleshi "Kale" Wambui is a brilliant but broke tech-support agent working in a shady cybercafé along Nairobi’s River Road. Her life is a relentless cycle of dealing with broken printers, dodging her angry landlord, and dealing with "Black Tax" requests from home. Desperate for a way out, she uses her elite coding skills to build a highly private, underground dating algorithm called "Siri"—a premium service that matches wealthy, powerful elites with completely anonymous partners who sign strict non-disclosure agreements.
Enter Silas "Si" Vance, a reclusive, intensely handsome tech billionaire and real estate mogul. Silas is haunted by a dark family past and the mysterious disappearance of his brother. He joins Siri under a pseudonym, searching for an escape. When the algorithm pair-matches Silas and Kaleshi, they begin a high-stakes, purely digital romance. Silas falls hard for Kaleshi's sharp wit and fierce independence, completely unaware that she is the broke girl running the platform from a dusty River Road basement.
The digital fantasy shatters when Kaleshi accidentally intercepts an encrypted transaction on Silas’s server linked to a massive, illegal land-grabbing cartel in Kilimani.
